We offer a variety of unique classes for every skill level and age. All classes are beginner-friendly, kept small and for women only.  Its very important to listen to your body and go with the flow. This is your practice!

We have carefully selected times that work for the career woman, the mom-to-be, the stay-at-home mother, the working mama, the dedicated daughter, the lovely student, the recovering warrior, the retired goddess and anyone in-between!

Hatha Queen

"Ha-tha" means "sun" and "moon". Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. It combines asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to bring peace to the mind and body.

Freedom Flow Seeker

In flow classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Flow yoga is like a dance. You will move to the instructor's uplifting playlist. Get out of your head and go with the flow!

Yin Defender

Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and even the joints of the body. Slow down and challenge yourself with yin yoga.

Reiki Vibe

Join Crystale for a blissfully relaxing yet playful class that combines meditation, yin yoga, breathing exercises and reiki healing energy! You will leave the class feeling calmer, grounded and recentered 

Birth Goddess

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect with baby and prepare for childbirth. Yoga can alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as nausea, headaches, lower back pain, shortness of breath, anxiety and low mood.  

Baby Mama 

Postnatal yoga is a great opportunity to connect with baby and other moms, strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and de-stress with deep breathing exercises. Suitable for babies from six weeks old (eight for caesarean).

Hot Flow Adventurer

This 60 minute flow class is practiced in a heated studio. Students will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. You will move to the instructor's uplifting playlist. 


Yin/Yang Peacemaker

This practice balances the slow-paced yin yoga with the traditional yang yoga (ashtanga and hatha). It is inspired by Taoism, a philosophical tradition of Chinese origin which emphasizes living in harmony.  Its about balancing our yin and yang energies!    

Power Goddess

Power Goddess is for those wanting to take their practice to the next level. You will leave this class feeling empowered and ready to face any challenge. This class is better suited for intermediate to advanced students.
