CLASSES

We offer a variety of unique classes in a 5-week program format.  All classes are kept small and beginner-friendly.  Its very important to listen to your body and take breaks when needed. This is your practice!

If the program has already started, you may still be able to join if the program is not full.  To verify, please click book next to the class of you are wanting to attend and the system will advise if there's space.  If you can't make it to class, please cancel your reservation. Gentle Restorative Yin

In this restorative class, gentle yoga poses are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues and calm the nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels. Slow down and restore your mind & body!

Goddess Yoga

This practice is specifically designed for women, balancing the slow-paced yin yoga with the more traditional yang yoga.  It is inspired by Taoism and the moon phases, which emphasizes living in harmony.    



Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect with baby and prepare for childbirth. Yoga can alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as nausea, headaches, lower back pain, shortness of breath, anxiety and low mood. 

Baby Mama 

Postnatal yoga is a great opportunity to connect with baby and other moms, strengthen your pelvic floor and de-stress with deep breathing exercises. Suitable for babies from six weeks old (eight for caesarean).  Crawlers are also welcomed!

Toddler Yoga

This fun interactive toddler class involves basic yoga poses, dancing and games. We will also learn easy breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help calm and improve your child's sleep. Although best for kids 2-4, all ages are welcome!
